To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which is was received and also be in the original packaging.
If an item is believed to be defective, please call 909-790-2548 or email us so that we may troubleshoot the problem prior to return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number. Please contact us before returning an item to us to get the process started, and also to provide tracking information when possible.
Processing time for returns: Once received at our shop in California, returns are typically processed within 3 business days. Please allow some time for your credit card / bank to process the refund if it doesn't show up right away.
Time period for returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
