If your item is defective, or if you discover you ordered the wrong spacing after receiving your pickups:
Please call 909-790-2548 or email us so that we may troubleshoot the problem and if necessary to arrange your return.
Non-refundable, non-returnable items (except for repair/exchange):
Gift Cards
Custom pickups once they've been put into production. (the following Monday after ordering)
Custom = nonstandard spacing, nonstandard shell size, A3 poles, altered geometry. If it requires a charge, checkbox, or custom note to make it right, or says custom next to the spacing when selecting it, it's custom.
Pickups with
leads that have been soldered or cut.
shells that have been mounted with screws.
Nordy Mutes - you wouldn't want us to have sent you a used return as a new purchase.
Strings
Returned items must be:
unused,
unmodified,
in the original packaging, and
in the same condition in which it was received.
All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee unless defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number. Please contact us before returning an item to us to get the process started, and also to provide tracking information when possible.
Basses:
Protective film on pickups and pickguards is original packaging. Once removed, the instrument cannot be returned unless defective.
Processing time for returns:
Once received, returns are typically processed within 3 business days.
Please allow some time for your credit card / bank to process the refund if it doesn't show up right away.
Return Period:
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
