Julio Hernandez has been using an NJ5 custom bass Carey made for over 10 on tons of projects and tours including Barbara Streisand, Barry Gibb, The Bee Gees, Aretha Franklin, Christina Aguilera, Lauryn Hill. The NJ5 bass has NJ5 pickups and a 3B preamp in it.
